As summer sneaks up on us fresh with opportunities and free time, we wanted to offer you/your athlete a chance to improve their biomechanics, strength, endurance, and return next season feeling ready and confident.

Our new Summer Program Package can be targeted to whatever areas of improvement we discover or something that has been nagging you/your athlete from the prior season. 

Your sessions can include working on:

·      Safe Weight Training program

·      Agility

·      Balance

·      Single leg strength for cutting/pivoting/explosive jumping movements.

·      Identifying areas that may develop into overuse injuries.

·      Review game/practice footage to understand what changes when you are in a more stressful situation. 

     Our 8 week program includes:

  • a biomechanical evaluation

  • an initial injury prevention screen

  • 9 hours of personalized care 

all for $800 giving you the initial injury prevention screen and biomechanical analysis for FREE.

Research shows strength gains take 6-8 weeks so we picked 8 weeks to maximize your outcomes and gains. AND you can schedule them any time between Memorial Day through Labor Day!

Want to train with a friend? Bring a pal and the families can split the cost! We just ask for only one friend so we can optimize both of your results.
