Simply go the EMA Marketplace and once you make your purchase we will reach out to schedule your session(s)!  Once you are logged into your EMA account you can find us by searching our name (or use the filter for PE: Dance Classes for Technique Tune-Ups & PE: Fitness Classes for Strength & Conditioning sessions.   Only FES-UA scholarship recipients are able to use the funds to schedule a PT appointment [under Specialized Services (PT)].

We love having our own sprung floor to help dancers.  In addition to injury recovery we also offer strength training, dance competition feedback and technique tuneups specifically designed for dancers.

We help athletes of any sport come back from injury AND/OR get stronger to improve their performance using state of the art techniques like BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) training shown in the video below!
