Register through our scheduling partner PTEverywhere and create your account.
You will be asked to enter basic contact information as well as confirm your email (which is where you will receive all communications from us!).
Once you are registered you will be able to log-in into the PTEverywhere system to schedule an appointment.
You can even download the PTEverywhere app to schedule from your phone!
Once you are registered you can schedule your appointment using these instructions:
Once you have logged into your account go to the calendar icon that says SCHEDULE
then click on "Book an Appointment"
You will have the option to purchase various packages/memberships OR you can simply schedule a session OR if you are purchasing a special promotion it will show up using the title of the promotion: ie, "We Love Our Patients", or "Memorial Day Flash Sale"
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a new patient and it is your FIRST visit you should select "Initial Evaluation" (even if you purchased a package).
4. You will be asked to pay for the appointment before you finalize booking
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a package [promotional OR regular] after you've paid for the package you must LOG OUT and then LOG BACK IN to apply that package when you schedule your appointment.
5. If you have to change your appointment make sure to call us as soon as you can.

Once you schedule you may receive up to 10 emails from PTEverywhere with forms to fill out that are required by law. We know that can seem overwhelming, BUT you only have to do them once and it means no physical paperwork to complete at the clinic! Thank you for completing them!
